NTEC is building a world-class facility, based on best practices, which will provide its Program Companies a turnkey solution to their start-up and expansion needs. NTEC's tenant services include a reception area and conference rooms (both with wireless connectivity) photocopiers, black and white and color printers, mail room with postage meter, binding and shipping equipment, biometric security solution, conference center, library and AV equipment.

Additional amenities include hard-walled and cubicle-flex offices with voice and data communications (Internet access, phone and phone service), flexible occupancy terms with reasonable rates, racks for private LANs and leaseable lab/light manufacturing and storage space.
